INSPECTIONS
When it comes to your safety, we promise to deliver a clear and concise inspection report. We have been thoroughly inspecting chimneys for over 20 years. Countless hours have been spent analyzing different variables and figuring out the best options that suit your individual needs. After an inspection from top to bottom, we provide you with a detailed verbal explanation and a written estimate.
- LEVEL 1 - A basic chimney inspection of the most accessible areas. This type of inspection is recommended on a one - two year basis to keep the chimney in good working condition. Catching minor repairs needed before they develop into much larger and more costly work.
- LEVEL 2 - A more indepth inspection that includes a video scope of the inside of the chimney. This allows our techs to see areas otherwise impossible with the naked eye. This type of inspection is recommended if buying or selling a home, if there may have been a chimney house fire in the past or if you suspect structural or interior damage. This inspection also includes a full report with photos detailing any issue areas and an approximate bid for repairing them.
- LEVEL 3 - This is our most thorough inspection. It includes everything level 1 / level 2 have but takes it a step further. This inspection is used in extreme cases when there are suspected hazards in concealed areas that need to removed in order to be inspected. (Ex. Taking chase cover off, opening wall covering, removing siding) All options will be discussed with the owner prior to inspection.
- ELECTRONIC SWITCH INSPECTION - An inspection for fireplaces that ignite with a wall switch or remote control and won't seem to work. Our electrical/plumbing fireplace specialist will not only take a look but fix the problem if possible on site. (If replacement parts are needed there will be an extra charge)
