We just bought a new house, and never got around to having the fireplace fully inspected/cleaned. For $135, American Chimney Sweep did like a great job so that we felt comfortable using our gas fireplace. We had some piping that got tightened, and got some basic advice on how to care for and use the fireplace. The guy they sent (forget his name) was super easy to work with, friendly, and and showed up on time and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely use again!
